Captured on a winter night, this moody black and white night photo of the famous Dun Laoghaire east pier in Dublin offers a new outlook on this busy place. One of my favourite places to stroll, the tranquil air that the sea creates, calms my mind and soul. The Dun Laoghaire Pier Sun shelter and bandstand are one of the most fabulous structures in this place. Constructed in the 1890s from wrought and cast iron, the structure still stands proudly adding a special charm to the pier.
