What’s new on the website?

01/07/2010 |New feature to view panoramic images in a larger size!

I have added a useful new feature to the website when viewing panoramic images. Once the image is selected, you will see below it an option to view it at a larger size. Here the viewer can have a better appreciation of the resolution of the image. Bear in mind it is still about ⅙ the original size.

New Images of Dublin series

You will now find a whole new range of photos capturing an alternative and contemporary perspective to Dublin City. The relationship between manmade structures and the landscape is evident in the images and our comprehension of beauty is challenged by asking us at what point does age become attractive. Iconic locations as diverse as the Pigeon House and the Guinness Hops Store are featured in this series.

The Burren, County Clare

The Burren, from the Gaelic word Boireann is an area of limestone rock covering imposing majestic mountains, and tranquil valleys with gently meandering streams. With its innate sense of spiritual peace, extraordinary array of flora and wildlife, and megalithic tombs and monuments older than Egypt's pyramids, the Burren creates a tapestry of colour and a seductively magical aura which few people leave without wanting to experience again.
